I think one of the mistakes that companies are making now is that they engage in internet marketing to the exclusion of traditional marketing and traditional marketing must be included in the mix!
Good point, Dave. I do think the efficacy of traditional marketing (or more aptly advertising) is waning. People block out radio ads (satellite), tv ads (tivo). When's the last time you responded to a direct/bulk mail piece?
All that said, if traditional stuff works for your business, you should do it.
